I find that many over weight people always find a way to make their weight sound like its their first choice, with comments like, “Fat people got better personalities” , “I have to be fat bacause all this personality don’t fit in a small body.”
That to me is such NONSENSE!!! Really, who you fooling? Trying to make it sound better or trying to make it sound like you prefer being fat is not going to help you in any way.
By the way, I’ve never met someone that prefer sitting on the beach with clothes on, you might say you do, but I think it’s just a way to hide the fact that you hate being fat…
I know when I go to the beach and I dont feel good about myself, it’s terrible!! I also don’t care what people think of me, it’s not about that. It is what I think of MYSELF that matters, I want to look good for myself!!
The number 1 factor when it comes to solving a problem is, admitting that you have a problem.
My problem is, I like food, I like all kinds of unhealthy foods which is making me fat, making me like myself less. That is my problem!!
Now that I acknowledged my problem, only now will I be able to do something about it. Set up a plan to fix the problem – that’s why I started this blog, I want to solve the problem that is causing a huge setback, in many areas of my life.
A problem can’t be fixed if you don’t want to admit that you have it. Nothing fixes itself. It takes hard work and determination and until you haven’t realised that being fat’ got NOTHING to do with ‘storing your personality’, or however redicilous way people put it, you will not loose weight!!!!
We need to admit that we’ve got a problem, realise it is not good for our health or self-esteem and do something about it!! Small changes can make a big difference in your lifestyle.
Instead of chips, rather order a salad.
Small baby steps.
I don’t want to be the only “used to be fatty” to parade on the beach in my bikini this December, I want us all to be proud of ourselves in a years time.
Incase you don’t realise, YOU are STRONGER than your CRAVINGS!!
