Stop making excuses as to WHY you are fat…

I don’t know if I am the only one thats got a big problem with people looking for excuses to why they are in a situation?

I find that many over weight people always find a way to make their weight sound like its their first choice, with comments like, “Fat people got better personalities” , “I have to be fat bacause all this personality don’t fit in a small body.”

That to me is such NONSENSE!!! Really, who you fooling? Trying to make it sound better or trying to make it sound like you prefer being fat is not going to help you in any way.

By the way, I’ve never met someone that prefer sitting on the beach with clothes on, you might say you do, but I think it’s just a way to hide the fact that you hate being fat…

I know when I go to the beach and I dont feel good about myself, it’s terrible!! I also don’t care what people think of me, it’s not about that. It is what I think of MYSELF that matters, I want to look good for myself!!

The number 1 factor when it comes to solving a problem is, admitting that you have a problem.

My problem is, I like food, I like all kinds of unhealthy foods which is making me fat, making me like myself less. That is my problem!!

Now that I acknowledged my problem, only now will I be able to do something about it. Set up a plan to fix the problem – that’s why I started this blog, I want to solve the problem that is causing a huge setback, in many areas of my life.

A problem can’t be fixed if you don’t want to admit that you have it. Nothing fixes itself. It takes hard work and determination and until you haven’t realised that being fat’ got NOTHING to do with ‘storing your personality’, or however redicilous way people put it, you will not loose weight!!!!

We need to admit that we’ve got a problem, realise it is not good for our health or self-esteem and do something about it!! Small changes can make a big difference in your lifestyle.

Instead of chips, rather order a salad.

Small baby steps.

I don’t want to be the only “used to be fatty” to parade on the beach in my bikini this December, I want us all to be proud of ourselves in a years time.

Incase you don’t realise, YOU are STRONGER than your CRAVINGS!!

    1. Thank you very much!! I really need to be successful this time. So many times I did these 10 day diets to loose 10kg’s and those type of thing. It doesnt work, so I decided I will give myself a year, make it a lifestyle change. Reading your posts are very inspiring, thank you!! I love reading through them.

      1. Thanks much, that means a lot to me! I’d highly recommend Tosca Reno’s “Eat Clean Diet,” (even though she emphasizes it’s not a diet, but a lifestyle change towards the positive). Also definitely add resistance training, either with free weights, or bodyweight, as you’re body will burn calories up to 48 hours after you’re done with the workout. It’s all about the mindset most importantly though, and you’re all ready there, really enjoy reading your kickass, take no prisoners approach!!!


      2. Thank you, I will go look at that diet, I need all the help I can get. I’ve got no knowledge of which exercises and what to do and what not. I google as I go on.😂 All I know is skipping has always worked for me. Thats how far I’ve come with knowing something.. But I will get there…💪 Finding something new out every day.

Best thing you can do are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) push up’s, squats, lunges, swimming, hiking outside, AND there are some great free resources on YouTube; check out AthleanX (he’s a physical therapist/personal trainer so you learn about the importance of proper form, and also nutrtion, and HASFIT is extremely good to. Those two are al you really need, along with the “Eat Clean Diet” book which should be easily found most of the time at a goodwill, thrift store, or online for just a few dollars. Happy to help!! PS Skipping is spectacular too, just give yourself a rest every other day when doing the same exercise, (as with any exercise so you dont overtrain or overwork the muscle/muscle group). You can still workout two days in a row, but if you do, do lower body one day, upper body the next, and always give yourself at least one, if not two days rest per week! You really only need to workout 3-4 times a week when it comes to strength training/bodyweight training, but also walking and hiking is one of the best things you can do, and you do that jut about every day (always give one rest day a week even with that too). Consistently over time is your best bet, and don’t overdue anything, as moderation is key with diet especially.

        The BEST thing you can do is find something new out every day, like you’re doing, just make sure it’s from a reputable source, as a lot of shysters out there will sell a bill of goods that is a waste of money. It really is simple in theory, but the work can be hard.

Just take it one day at a time too, and remember 1-2 pounds of weight loss a week is ideal, and sustainable, but there will be fluctations over time, so don’t focus on the scale, rather look at the big picture, and it’s always toughest at the start. You will be successful, I don’t blow smoke, I just know intimately when someone’s going to have success!
